How to register your Toy Gun?

1. Before you go to FED (Camp Crame) bring a 2x2' and 1.5x1.5' id picture kc P80 ung pa picture s loob ng crame..tpos 2 beses kp magpapapicture. it will cost you P160 just for 6 pcs of id pictures..

2. Once your in Camp Crame go to FED and ask mo dun kung san ung regestration ng airsoft guns..tpos kakausapin mo ung incharge sa airsoft regestration pra humingi ng form at un ung papa xerox mo..swerte mo kpag kasabay n binigay sau ung PTT pra isahang xerox nlng..

3. Fill up the form. about nman sa serial no. ikaw n ung bhala mag lagay kung anung serial no. wag lng mahaba..tska ingat lng sa pag fill up ng form kc bawal ang erasure..

4. After filling up the form..have it notarize..pa notaryo nyo..sa loob ng FED meron nagnonotaryo it will cost you P100..pero i think mas mura kung sa lbas kau mag pa notaryo..

5. After manotaryo ung form mo..kukuha ka ng order payment for regestration..that will cost you P200 per AEG. After mo makuha ung order payment..kukuha k ulit ng order payment pra nman sa Permit to Transport ng AEG which will cost you P360.. Tpos magbabayad k sa Landbank which is located mismo inside the FED..

6. After mmong magbayad sa landbank.. blik ka s officer in charge ng regestration tpos papapirmahan nya un s mga officer..i think 6 n tao yata ung kelangan pumirma..wag kn umalis dun sa table ng officer kc kpag pinaiwan mo ung form mo..aabutin k ng siyam siyam..kya intayin mo nlng pra lakarin kgad nila..hehe

7. After mapirmahan ung form of regestration mo..ung sa Permit to Transport nman ang kelangan mo papirmahan..pero mas mabilis nlng un kc 1 tao lng ung pipirma..after mo mapapirmahan ung Permit to Transport (PTT) mo.. ilalagay nila ung serial no. ng AEG mo sa Logbook pra regester kn..after that papa xerox mo ung Form of regestration at PTT form mo..tpos papasa mo dun s officer in charge..

8. The End. :)

Kelangan din lagyan ng orange paint ung tip ng AEG ntin..i think its 6mm..nakalimutan ko na eh..hehetska kelangan nka engrave ung serial no. sa AEG mo for verification kpag nasita ka ng mga lespu sa daan..

Aabutin k ng less than 2 hours pra makumpleto lhat yan..kaya ganyan tantya ko kc inabutan ako ng lunchbreak kya tumagal..pero tingin ko mga 1 hour lng tpos kn..inde nila hinanap ung AEG or ung reciept ng AEG mo..kya madali lng magparegester..

Una sir punta FED office sa crame, ask sa information kung saan registration ng Airsoft, pag nakarating na kayo sa in-charge ng reg. sa grnd flr din, check nya yung form nyo at ask ka nya kumuha ng order of payment pag nakakuha ka na pay mo sa Landbank which is located also inside the FED office, pag nabayaran na, balik sa in-charge, bigyan ka nya another form na may pangalan ng mga opisyal ng FEDs papapirmahan mo yung isa-isa, mga 3-4 officers ata yun mostly 2nd floor office nila. after nun balik in-charge ng reg. ask ka nya photo copy mo yung form mo na may mga pirma na, at ask ka nya if ever wala serial number aeg mo, assign ka ng sarili mo serial number (sa akin nilagay ko initial ko at bday in numbers.) pagtapos na photocopy balik ka sa kanya at i-ffile na nya yung copy ng registration form mo. tapos na.

I just had dinner with a friend sa FED, we were discussing about real steel items pero he knows that I play airsoft kaya binigyan nya rin ako ng tip, heres the TIP:

1. PNP is now actively enforcing the agreements or whatevers that were signed (sorry di ako aware sa details nun agreements chuva), so Police all over have recieved memos on the details regarding airsoft so they are now already implementing the rule. So kung wala ka aeg license delikado, pag natyempuhan ka tapos mapagtripan ung gun mo sorry bye bye beng beng. So sangayon kayo o hindi, ipalisensya ang gun para walang hassle.

2. Ung ala PTT/PTC (ganun talga eh dun nila binase sa real steel) eh kukunin nyo sa mga gun clubs/teams na accredited siguro, sabi nya sa akin casual na ganun so I guess ganun ang implementation, you need your gun registered and must have a PTT/PTC from your gun club.

So i guess, ung mga lonewolves, mukhang dapat talga may salihan kayo na grupo or do it the old fashioned way hehe go underground.

Just came back from FED office at Crame today at hindi ko na register yung AEG ko. They now requre to show the official reciept ng Gun to be register and attach a copy of it. Don't forget to bring your Cedula rin. Tinanong ko paano yung matagal ng nabili at wala ng resibo...sabi ng oficer in charge "eh..hindi ma register kelangan talaga ng Oficial Receipt of purchase". He also said "marami raw nagreklamo na airsoft gun distributors kung bakit raw nareregister yung airsoft gun na hindi galing sa true Dealers and distributors."...tsk tsk tsk paano na ito mg bro? Buti pa yung mga naunang nagregister hindi naghanap ng official reciept of purchase.

hindi ko na dinala sir, hindi naman hinanap.Registration first, after naregister yung airsoft mo saka pa lang pwede kumuha ng PTT sir, kasi kailangan ng registration number ng AEG mo sa permit to transport.

It is good news na di na dalhin yung AEG and you can get the PTT within the same day. Hirap kasi, magastos kung magpapabalik-balik pa. Pero do we need to attach picture of our AEG? Thank you sir Lucio for the info.

Sir hindi na kailangan picture ng Aeg sir, importante completo fill-up ng form, assign ka na serial number mo, if may chance ka magpa-notaryo ng form mo sa labas sir na mas mura sa P100 pesos mas ok. sa loob kasi P100 pa-notaryo. kahit naman receipt sir hindi hinanap kaya maganda pa-register mo na AEG mo as soon as may time ka sir, atleast siguro mga 10am, kasi ang bangko sa loob upto 3pm lang, syempre lalakarin mo rin ang PTT mo after registration di ba sir. no problem sir, goodluck sa registration!

sir emojohn, di na kailgan ng letter of request, pero tatanungin ka nila dun kung saang region gusto mo ilagay, search mo na lang sir mga posibilities na region at site outside metro manila kung saan ka makakalaro, pero wag mo kalimutan ipalagay NCR.

Sir John Clark, yun nga ang problema di kasi computerize ang registration sinusulat lang nila sa log book name mo, kind ng AEG, serial no. at regitration number mo, plus photo copy ng reg. form na complete with signatures ng FED officers, kaya sa serial no. siguro safe na yung ilagay mo yung intial at bday mo sir. ex. LCO 012673

yung lang mga sir, para wala ng hassle sa pagpunta sa gamesite... everybody happy

saka try to paint atleast yung flash hider ng orange, if you have extra flash hider... palitan na lang sa gamesite. during transit lang ng AEG yung orange flash hider.

Ganda ng info mo Sir... but how come iba dito sa Bacolod... Daming requirements other than the forms you stated like... NBI, Police, RTC clearance & Certificate of good moral character from the mayor. We also have to pay P1,300 pesos for the entire registration! Bat' ganito? Can anyone enlighten us here? Thanks.

Sir questionman, sorry wala ako info kasi sa other region kung bakit dami hinahanap, nag iiba-iba ata talaga pag-process ng registration outside NCR. pero ang mahal sir ng reg. nyo dyan.

Sir, Johnlester, tungkol pictures na kailangan para sa form (2pages kasi yun), isang 2x2 at isang 1x1 lang sir yun lang sa registration ang kailangan na pictures.

Sir Killmekaze, Sa PTT (Permit To Transport) Wala akong nakuhang blank form for PTT para I-fill up ko. Walang picture na kailangan sa computer nila galing ang form at dun din ang input ng info, ib-base nila sa registration mo na complete na with signatures ng FEDs officers, kaya importante na registered ka na bago ka kumuha ng PTT. (sa experience ko to mga Sir)

Sir Noobstick, Nirerequire sa Revised IRR, mahirap na din mahanapan ng butas, kaya ginawa ko pininturahan ko yung stock flash hider ko, yun nakalagay during transit ng aeg to gamesite at bumili na lang ako extra flash hider para pampalit during game. hindi nila hahanapin aeg mo during registration or after pra i-check sir. yung PTT kahit same day basta tapos na reg. mo ng aeg, at may time kapa para humabol sa bangko para bayaran ang PTT. 3pm lang kasi bangko sir.

sir lucio, di ba hinanap yung gun mo para ipakita kung painted orange na ang tip ng gun mo? If I'm not mistaken, this is also a requirement prior to registration.

Your absolutely correct johnclark...serial number according to M-W is a number indicating place in a series and used as a means of identification. How come individual can able to assign their own number? I dont want to be pessimistic with the issue, baka naman at some stage there will be going a multiple falsification of documents coming from FED? Just futher clarification gentlemen.
