I was able to play at Malaybalay Bukidnon last Saturday and Sunday. I like the MAZE nila they told me (one of the member T.A.M. Buk - I'm not sure of TAM but BUK is for Bukidnon) that the setup was copied from one of your post. Naklimutan ko ang setup because mas na-enjoy ko yung game. fast and fast and fast---attribute to GOOD MAZE and location. not to mention the beers and food the karaoke and fun not to mention the 2 eheemmm.
baka may nakaka-alam sa setup can you email me the plan kahit drawing or link naman lang to this address rottbab23@yahoo.com.ph. thanks in advance.

you don't call a scenario CQB just because you can shoot each other at Close Range.
Take the True Meaning of CQB, where you enter Rooms without being seen, pass thru Hallways, clear Staircases and Jump in thru windows.
If you are thinking of just building and erecting barriers, you might be thinking of a SPEEDBALL scenario.
So what do you intend to do?
kudo's to this. tactics for speedball is so much different then CQB.

CQB doesnt simply mean clearing rooms, stairways and such. kahit ano basta malapit ang engagement is called cqb.

although i agree with the very meaning.... or literal meaning of CQB... i think that hat the other guys are trying to say (including me) is that the militray perople use the term CQB for close quarter battles (true) but they normally storm outposts, barracks, buildings, houses, and other things which will require a person to go in un-noticed. to be honest, i think the best CQB is when you play in a one-hectar building kasi the element of surprise is always present... tapos masikip yung place... plus the fact that manuvering will be harder.hehehehe nothing against peoplr who like to call a speedball place as their CQB... some just get disappointed when they see na medyo unrealistic yung dating... parang more of training grounds lang kasi tawag dun. IMHO lang naman.
and yes... it may not mean clearing rooms, breaking windows, entering doors, climbing stair cases... but it surely adds to the fun.
kudo's to this. tactics for speedball is so much different then CQB.
and yes... tactics for speedball is really different for entering buildings or the CQB with real buildings or structures. ok na ba?hehehehe

very well then.. let's revive it with an old post as well:
.........
I would like to propose a CQB area fit for 8 to 20 players.
It would feature lots of corridors so that the players will have lots to move around with..
-No windows or doors so players will not use them to hide in..
-Equal footing on both sides so one side will not be more advantageous than the other
-A room in the middle to place objectives such as flags.

Getting back to topic, my dream Close-quarters gamesite would be the original Rainbox Six: Rogue Spear map called "City Street Large"

ask ko lang impression nyo mga sirs... coz i had this dream last night..
what if someone put up a 1:1 scale replica of "de Dust" map complete with marshal elevated corridors, elevated spectators corridors, deadman's one way exit points, firing range [for test fire], huge parking lot, separate stage area for terro and counter side, and an airsoft shop located in the compound entrance for our pars and supply needs..
is it a good idea?
annual membership fee, every game fee, spectators fee [for those who will not play but watch only], regular tournament, regular tv coverage, etc.
annual proceeds will go to an adopted organization for children and elderly citizen.
persons who will fund this doesn't want to earn [as regular business output] but invest their money in order to provide funds for continuous charitable needs.
what do you think mga sirs?

Ok sa alright yan Sir Majimbu, para may contri naman ang Airsoft Community sa bayan. At may entertainment Value pa, baka may endorsement pa, reality TV pa. All rolled into one.
