mga sir newbie din ako sir ilang month palng ako nag lalaro ng airsoft, my aeg nako pero balak ko bumili ng sniper rifle pag nag ka budget ulit..bakit po AUG sinusugest nyo kay sir metaura pa share naman ng experience nyo sir?mahirap po ba maintenance ng spring rifles unlike sa AEGs para sa mga newbies sa airsoft?i mean less hassel ba sa pag gamit and maintenance?and sa price range nya sir mag kano po ba?
balak ko kasi sir l96, trip ko kasi porma nya, ok ba yun kesa bar10?kasi puro bar 10 na didinig ko dito..thanks :icon_smile:

sir elsonblue, i think wachack tries to say that the aug is a very versitile aeg, it has a 509mm barrel which is the same as the m16 but has the same body lenght of and m4 since it has a bullpup design (the mag comes first than the grip and trigger) thus it can be made into a snipper riflle or a designated marksman riffle if properly tuned. Well im still a newbie to but i think the BASR (like the L96 and bar 10) are less maintenance than a aeg set up of sniper riffle kasi sa tingin ko less moving parts sya. my sudgestion siguro if your starting up palang into airsoft as they always say, try to go to a game site if you could ask some fellow airsofter who has such gun and have a feel of if and if it isn't to much you could ask to try it even for a game. mahirap po maging snipper and takes a lot of disipline to be one esp BASR ang gamit mo. by the way if you really interested in buying one you pm me im selling my bar10g with upgrades na, di ko na kasi nagagamit puro cqb nilalaro namin ngayun.

Very versatile Gun... CQB or Field, Assault or Snipe....
Spring Rifles are less maintenance than AEG's and less expensive, but it is 1 shot, you need a pistol or mp5k as back-up weapon...
L96 is heavier tha Bar10, i used to own a bar10g but i sell it to buy an AUG..

i recommend to use Steyr AUG coz if you feel that you don't want to be a sniper anymore, you just flip-down the vertical grip and you're good to assault...

newbie rin po ako sir nun, yung unang binili ko e JGbar10 since naeenganyo ako sa mga snipers na nakikita ko at nababasa ko, nakabili rin ako, so in the first 5 months nag-eenjoy kahit walang makill since sniper nga, natural talaga yun. but after that nawawala na ako ng gana maglaro kasi nga wala kang kills, nagkakill lang ako nung nagpalit na ako ng baril ko to AEG, andito pa rin naman yung bar10 ko kaso hanggang plinking na lang dahil puro cqb na lahat ng mga gamesites dito.ive seen sa mga for sale sections ng FAS na maraming nagbebenta ng mga BASR nila, bakit kaya? well advise lang namin sa iyo na pagisipan mong mabuti kung sniper role tlaga ang gusto mo or marksman role.well sabagay its up to you. gaya ng sabi namin, mahirap talagang maging sniper, pero kakaibang experience talaga yung nakikita mo na nakikill mo yung kalaban mo dun sa scope mo di ba? yung frustration ko lang talaga e yung nakikita mo na ngang natamaan siya, di niya pa rin acknowldge na natmaan siya kasi nga isang bala lang yun baka kala niya e ricochet lang.:icon_evil: oh well ganyan lang talaga, patience ang kailangan sa role na ito, malaki/marami ba ang iyong pasensya? kuntento ka ba sa paisa isa ang balang lumalabas? di ka kaya dehado sa mga kalaban mong AEG? field ba ang paglalaruan ninyo?kuntento ka ba na 30 bbs lang ang capacity ng magazine mo at wala nang iba? those are the questions in my mind noon, pero i've decided tlaga na i should buy a BASR, i admit na enjoy ang maging sniper and i also admit na minsan hindi..ask that questions muna sa sarili mo, kung ok lang talaga sa iyo, pag hindi, try going to a marksman role na lang angd thats when AUG, m14 and m16 come into play, but that's another story.

well advise lang namin po sir, anyways if you still want it, try mo ang JG bar10 or yung AGM or Warrior na l96, di ko lam dun sa warrior o agm ang mas mura pero 3600 mura na yun, kaso ala pang scope, yung JGbar10 or JGbar10g may kasamang scope na yun, iready mo na yung 5000 petot mo pag ganun. after that, ipon ka uli sa upgrade ng BASR mo, mga 5800 to 6000 yung mga parts para maging ~600fps na. ngapla pag bar110/bar10g ka, pwede mo bang upgrade to 500 fps max pag putulin mo lang airbrake niya at proper sealing lang, ala ka pang magagastos, upgraded na kagad.:icon_biggrin:

btw, parang wala nang nagbebenta masyado ng jgbar10, bar10g na lang yung nakikita ko, yung bar10g may silencer na pala iyon.


suggest nila pala na AUG kasi mas mahaba yung barrel ng aug kesa sa bar10, trust me, i have a bar10, yung barrel niya e siguro 1inch longer lang dun sa barrel ng m4a1 carbine ko.having an AUG daw kasi e pwede ka na sa CQB, pwede ka na rin sa field without sacrificing the length of the gun, mahaba yung barrel means longer range and greater accuracy but not greater than those BASR, PERIOD. (tama ba? please correct me if i'm wrong) tapos pwede ka pang rumatrat.ika nga jack of all trades. m14 rin at m16 pwede, mahaba na rin ang barrel, kaso medyo mahirap sa cqb kasi mahabang baril yan pero nasa taong gumagamit yan. advantage ng BASR ay great accuracy,stealth,durable kesa sa some AEGs. maintenance, less upgrade(kaso mahal):icon_biggrin:

regarding being a sniper bro, mahirap kailangan you have a steady hand for that sniper rifle. at para umamin ang mga zombie pag tinamaan mo, kailangan laging head shot. ang problem distansya ka palagi bro. wag masyadong malapit baka ma detect ka nila, and sa power ng jg bar10g wid upgrade parts etc. makakasakit ka nun sad to say. para ksi di lumilipad ang bbs sa ibat ibang direkson . 30 bbs ang kailangan mo. the problem is the bbs is heavy enough to cause some inflected pain, wounds and agony he he he. i've made a mistake to pull the trigger @ 15 meters , head shot between or above the eyebrows ang tama nya. putok and bleeding ang nuo ng adversary ko sa game. read some books etc. learn the rules of engagement, pra lahat kayo ng eenjoy sa laban. okodoki

pinakamura sniper rifle with reasonable specs ay yung AGM L96 although wala pa scope yun, I'm planning to buy a 2nd hand scope pra mkatipid.

hirap talaga sniper role pero maganda dun kasi iba talaga feeling at di masyadong nakakapagod hehehe kaya nga gusto ng tito ko ehh may kneecao probs kasi siya so bagay na bagay ung role na to for him thinking nga of tying it out myself since i cant say na my stamina is any better

^^ well AEG nga siya at siya yung may pinakamahabang barrel for any AEG and malamang kahit springer at gas guns na rin.only TM produces psg-1 AFAIK.try mo sa mga major airsoft shops sir, baka makaorder ka sa kanila yun.better ready the moolah if you want one.hundreds of dollars po yan

i beg to disagree sir, price ranges from 4-5k to 15k+ and the upgrades plus accessories are not commonly available here sa Pinas my fellow airsoft sniper spent almost 1.2k USD (56k Php) for his maruzen L96.

sa ngayon nagtitiyaga muna ako sa AEG sniper rifle wala kasi ako mabili na parts ng L96 basr ko.

this is my common reply sa mga newbies na nagtatanong, kung hindi ka ready sa role na gusto mo huag kang bumili ng sniper rifle at baka wala pang 1 month naka post na sa market section ang rifle mo. pero kung open budget ka, GO! later on mapag aralan mo naman kung paano ma-master ang rifle. assuming na ma upgrade mo sa 450fps ang JG na basr mabibitin ka lang sa field specially kung .2 lang ang gamit mo you need to use heavier projectile specially sa field and that means another gastos sa weekend game mo.

sir it depends kung ilang fps ang sniper gun nyo... if it can crash a san mig grande in a .3BB then your enemy has the right para pangilagan ang sniper ng isang team.. at saka pansin nyo pag me sniper sa kabilang team, ang kalaban di agad makakasugod, they'l have to maneuver lalo malakas ang sniper gun.. mahirap ng tamaan ng .3 bb hehehe.. its really enjoying pag hindi agad makasugod ang kalaban kc xempre ingat sila sa sniper, more fps = long range dba... but in all , there's a cons and pros din nman.. pag nalikuran ka o kaya dalawa ung rumaratrat sau.,, hit na ang sniper nun hehe.. dapat talaga magaling din magtago hehe.. tnx

bought a JG bar10g last month only to find that i cant be half as effective as i want to be as a sniper since my gun cant perform as good as i want it to. I realized too late that i have to spend more on the gun just to be competitive as a sniper, heck my stock HK416 shoots harder and its far easier to use than a BASR. Incidentally, you can find my JG bar10g for sale at the market section :icon_lol:(sorry for the shameless plug):icon_biggrin:
