Sa mall of Asia meron bang nag binta nag RC na tank? Ilang FPS ba kaya sa RC tank? Im planing to buy one!!! anybody got a pic!! M1 Abram to be exact!!

The 1/16 and 1/24 Hen Long RC battle tanks do shoot 6 mm plastic BBs, but I wouldn't recommend using the stock BB pellets that come with the box - better buy good-quality pellets lest you foul up the tank's shooting mechanism.

The 1/24 VsTank battle tanks that I saw in Greenhills only fire infrared beam (for tank battling), but VsTank does manufacture 1/24 airsoft RC battle tanks that shoots plastic BBs. I'm not sure if the LHS are carrying them now.

I plan to use a RC Tank in an Airsoft game such as in CQB scenarios like the police robots in some SWAT Teams and Bomb disposal units in the USA. I heard that a certain Airsoft Team thought of utilizing a RC helicopter or airplane as an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) with a wireless mini-camera installed for scouting their field games and a BB grenade for bombing.

I've built a modest collection of R/C tanks: 1/16 WSN T-34/85 (original, no IR, no bb), 1/24 marui Leopard 2A6, 1/24 marui M1A2 Iraqi Freedom, 1/24 marui Tiger I and 1/24 VsTank T-72 IR (on the way). I sometimes run them, but only inside the house. My main enjoyment, however, is just watching them like museum pieces.

Some points that I'd like to share in war sim:
1. Join only your own scale. A 1/24 Tiger will be crushed (literally) by a 1/16 T-34. It's not even a contest.
2. BB-armed r/c's will cause damage. So if you want to primarily display your piece (like I do), you may want to avoid it. Instead, you could fight other IR's, thereby minimizing damage.
3. IR's from different manufacturers are not necessarily compatible, so check their specs first.
4. Be prepared with extra crystals since you may share frequencies with another gamer.

Maybe we can also see more pics of your r/c tank collections. We can have a gallery of sorts. I'll take a pic of mine when the sun is up and post it.

If you're looking to buy the tamiya version. There's two places you could look at... Lils's (whichever branch is near your area). And the internet (ebay, etc....). Yung Henglong, di ko pa alam kung meron na available dito.... Hope this helps.

CORRECTION:

A couple of days ago, I claimed that Henglong will be releasing in the future their version of the Sherman. I just checked their website and found no such info, it was VS Tanks that had plans to release a sherman. Kaso 1/24th scale nga lang.... Sorry for the mix up. :icon_redface:

While it's nice to have them run around, I wouldn't imagine playing sim war with their airsoft and knocking off those nice details. :icon_surprised: At this 1/24 scale, the VsTank IR tanks are your best bet. Going up 1/16, you have a lot more options, including installing Tamiya TBU upgrades for IR battle, metal tracks and using 2.4Ghz controls for more players.

For outdoor games, 1/16 is the more likely option, including metal upgrades, since plastic tracks, drive sprockets, etc. can only take so much punishment. Also, there are a lot more options and manufacturers at this scale.

I've got an M26 Pershing and a Tiger 1. Kaya nga lang, both have busted cannons, and the Tiger 1 is the only driveable one. I'm still in the process of trying to repair their main gun.... Once I do, tank battle tayo! :icon_smile:

Oo nga nakakpanghinyang gamitin for airsoft, but if we can provide a customized armor(hard plastic, tin can, etc.) to protect the outer layer of the VsTank with padded styro foam. I think pwede na siguro gamitin sa airsoft battle. In my humble opinion mas exciting ang airsoft battle compare sa IR.I'm not againts sa IR. iba pa rin airsoft.:icon_smile:

Hi guys just bought 1/16 hen long tanks sa divisoria at 801 sale shop near divisoria mall got my panther for 2,500 looks great test drive went well and malakas ang airsoft gun nya pag .2 up to 20 meters pag .12 around 30 meters marami silan models i saw a snow leopard, tiger I, panther etc. of course katakot takot na tawaran muna hope this helps.

anyway test natin sa field natin yung tipong offroad at may grass para naman malaman ang natin ang driving performance. then target shooting tayo sa airsoft.Then kung gusto mo tank to tank combat para masaya.:icon_biggrin::icon_biggrin:

Balak ko rin lagyan ng wireless cam next year.So expect a lot of mod.

Mismatch talaga. The smaller VsTank has all the advantage - smaller target profile and, at point blank ranges, it can duck below the bigger tank's ability to point the gun downward.. plus the VsTank has a much better airsoft cannon.

anyway test natin sa field natin yung tipong offroad at may grass para naman malaman ang natin ang driving performance.
Not a very good idea to drive your tanks over grass. Too much traction, or grass fouling the links/drive wheels, could overload the motor and gears.. and possibly throw or snap the tracks.

Mismatch ang laban dyan malaking target ako sa tank mo and mas mabilis and 1/24, hahaha parang david and goliath ang duel, hehehe

At the moment, the de facto standard for 1/16 IR tank battle is the Tamiya system. There are some 3rd-party conversion kits available in US, Canada and Germany.. but AFAIK, they are designed for Heng Long circuitry.. not WSN. I believe that in order to retrofit a TBU into a WSN.. you may have to completely gut it out the electronics and replace with hobby grade radio control, plus the Tamiya DMD and TBU

I know you're quite taken and attached to the WSN Tiger I because of its looks - nice detail, painting and weathering, compared to its HL counterpart. To attempt at reworking the WSN control system to mate with the Tamiya IR, however, may turn out to be quite expensive, possibly impractical, and it may not even work after all the effort. Even among the most serious RC tank enthusiasts, I have not seen, or have known of, any successful WSN-Tamiya hybrids. There are, however, quite a lot of testimonials to successful HL conversions/adaptations to the European GBU and Canadian DBU systems.. both of which area 100% compatible with the Tamiya IR system. Consider that the TBU needs the DMD.. and hobby grade RC system to work.. a total cost approximately around or over P30k. Now consider buying a Heng Long tank (between 3k to 5k depending on the model), swapping the electronics with the WSN, and then adapting the Canadian DBU (landed cost of about 7-8k, possibly even less).. and you've got 2 working IR tanks; one WSN compatible, and the other Tamiya compatible.

By the way.. now that I know there's somebody (else) out there with a WSN IR tank.. it's giving me a little more incentive to buy the WSN T-34 IR tank (your Tiger's classic WW2 rival). Maybe we can even do the proposed RC tank IR battle demo this December...

Good luck finding one. The only existing CO2/gas conversions on RC tanks that I know of were custom-made by the tanks' owner.

Although there are some bad reviews about it.sana mag improve ang quality in the near future. So sana pwede sa RC Tank at di mag cause ng jam.

First.. please identify your RC tank. Brand? Model? Size/scale? It would help in assessing meron makuhang replacement parts available, possible solutions, or whatever...

By the way could we use lipoly bat in this tanks?
Ano yung current or existing battery na ginagamit? ..what voltage?

With radio control electronics, particularly those that draw, or get, power from the main battery.. it's wise not to exceed the factory specified voltage. Most Heng Long 1/16-scale RC tanks use 7.2v. While there have been a few relatively successful upgrade to using 9.6v, those were done by hobbyists who made proper proper circuit adjustments. Others who simply swapped batteries, ended up burning their onboard ESC (electronic speed controllers) and/or RX (receiver) boards.

Guys with the S&S Heng Long tank, I used the scented burning oil and it smokes twice as much as the oil included with HL... you can also see the smoke machine and pump...

That would be good! So tank battles would be rather balanced with ample allied tank variants. Di lang puro pershing.... A firefly would be a good one, hope they include it in one of their variants. British tanks na lang (matilda, cromwell, etc...), although they too used the sherman and it's variants during the war.

Nice! If I get another HL, I might get the STUG III sarap pormahan yun! My old tiger gearboxes are still ok, but I plan to migrate them to the KT. Parang alang pagasa na yung lower hull ng tiger ko, so next month, I plan to get the metal lower hull from RCtank.de. I plan to make it a Mid production tiger, since ang dami na gumagawa ng Late.... para maiba naman.. hehehe :icon_biggrin:

Any how, I bought myself the Stug III for Christmas which is not a bb firing model. I think it's refered to as an IR system. What type is best for game play? The IR or BB models?

IR battle is more popular for RC tank gaming among serious North American and European hobbyists. The default standard is the Tamiya IR Battle System, as evidenced by a number of aftermarket Tamiya IR compatible conversions for Heng Long tanks. Others have gutted out WSN/Trumpeter electronics in favor of installing hobby grade controls and Tamiya IR.. or HL electronics with 3rd-party IR conversions.

An airsoft RC tank offers target shooting enjoyment for anybody who does not have anyone to battle with. An IR tank can only drive around.. and unless one has another IR tank to fight, or electronic targets to shoot at (like as sold by VsTank) the IR sending unit is next to useless.

BB tank battles are harder and possibly frustrating. Hitting a target with the tank's BB cannon requires more precise aiming otherwise the shot will miss. IR systems are more forgiving, allowing for some margin of error on aim and register the hits anyway. Nobody has come up with an effective way of monitoring and scoring hits for BB-firing tanks.. short of mounting target plates around the tank (something which would probably find turn off many modeller hobbyists). Personally.. I wouldn't mind devising removable target plates just for battling purposes.

Still.. if only to easily jump into battling action.. I'm inclined to go for the smaller 1/24 scale VsTanks with IR...

But maybe.. if I wait just a little longer.. I hear Heng Long is working on their own IR battle units.

Actually, they're already out... Though alot of foreign tankers are still partial to El-mod, Tamiya, and DBC's. I'm considering getting the DBC coz it's practically the cheapest complete system (drive circuit & Battle system) available.

An airsoft RC tank offers target shooting enjoyment for anybody who does not have anyone to battle with. An IR tank can only drive around.. and unless one has another IR tank to fight, or electronic targets to shoot at (like as sold by VsTank) the IR sending unit is next to useless.

BB tank battles are harder and possibly frustrating. Hitting a target with the tank's BB cannon requires more precise aiming otherwise the shot will miss. IR systems are more forgiving, allowing for some margin of error on aim and register the hits anyway. Nobody has come up with an effective way of monitoring and scoring hits for BB-firing tanks.. short of mounting target plates around the tank (something which would probably find turn off many modeller hobbyists). Personally.. I wouldn't mind devising removable target plates just for battling purposes.

Still.. if only to easily jump into battling action.. I'm inclined to go for the smaller 1/24 scale VsTanks with IR...

But maybe.. if I wait just a little longer.. I hear Heng Long is working on their own IR battle units.

Thanks Almighty. It's the Heng Long 1/16 Stug III . Very cool toy with smoke, sound, lights and etc. I bought it to give me a painting project over the holiday which is now painted in the German Ambush scheme but want to re-do with zimmeret and side skirts. I love the sounds when it cranks up and smoke blows... very cool. Right now it only chases my dogs around.

And.. I don't have TBU's. I got DBC units. Maybe Nightstalker's got a TBU...

I didn't mean IR EQUIPPED OUT-OF-THE-BOX.... I meant the SEPARATE IR battle units are already available, though I THINK you need the RX18 boards....

@Almighty 2 of my tanks are already equipped with HL RX18, prior to this thread I hesitated to get the IR system by HL, but I guess with all you around, I already have a valid reason to IR-equip my tanks.

The compatibility if the IR system between brands depends on the wavelength of the IR... (similar sa radio frequency) two different system has to have the same wavelength to be compatible..

Sana HL IR system is compatible with Tamiya IR system. (mahal naman kasi ng Tamiya eh!) :icon_lol: :icon_lol: I only know of one friend who has the Tamiya Tiger, and Sherman equipped with the complete set and he was selling it pa! (wasn't interested at that time) sana available pa.

Yup! That's meant to be used in conjunction with the RX18 circuit boards which came with the STUG and Jagdpanther. It's their rendition of the Tamiya DMD/MFU. You get both when you buy the tank, but the TBU has to be bought separately. So it is technically IR ready..... for the newer releases atleast :icon_smile:

AND.. it seems also.. it is NOT Tamiya compatible.

That's why I intend to get the DBC. Coz it's COMPLETE and COMPATIBLE with the TBU and El-mod systems.

Sayang naman kung benta mo yung DBC mo. Assemble mo na lang tapos start natin yung IR battling dito! :icon_smile:

The problem is monitoring the hits..... kung sa airsoft nga, ramdam na minsan, di umaamin, yun pa kaya yung di ramdam..... that's why IMHO, IR is the way to go for tank battling. Besides, would you want bb's hitting your tanks delicate parts (though most are molded-on and secured) or ruining your paint job?... hahahaha :icon_lol:

Yup! But due to our climate, medyo mahirap i-maintain ang integrity ng paintball bb's. Nasisira yung pagkabilog niya pag nainitan na. Kung maganda siguro yung quality, baka pumwede..... have you tried any of the suggested paintball bb's in the other forums? If so, feedback naman....

May na subukan ako 2 years ago binigay ng friend ko from Japan. kulay light blue yung bb tapos medyo spongy yung feel pero consistent, (nakalimutan ko yung brand) of course naubos ko kakalaro...

@Airgan: That would be the Leopard 2A5/A6..... The A6 sports the longer 120mm barrel (bore). The pix posted by karoljozef28, is the A5 which uses the shorter barrel.

I don't think so. Pictured Tx unit is same as the early Tamiya Type90 button-type controller. Most likely fixed 27.145 or 49 Mhz frequency. Non-proportional ESC. HL S&S have proportional ESCs and the Tx most likely send out different pulse codes to activate channel controllers even if operated in same radio frequency.

I find my Tiger too slow on its pace, so I decided to upgrade the motor with a pair of GRAUPNER Speed 400 (7.2v) motors.

Okay great motor huh? now how do I remove the pinion gears without ruining its teeth? A pinion puller correct!

The problem is, there isn't any puller small enough for the motor shaft..

So I decided to make my own puller out of a few rc car brake calipers and some nuts and bolts.....

I spoke.. well emailed with the sales department representative and said that it will be released on June 2009 but did not disclose how much the tank will be.

Had a chat with the technical support guy and said that the rc tank is still under testing. Testing the armour? :D :D

@grin_apple: I myself find it confusing to go to divisoria.... anyways, if you're in the southern area, I saw that UNITED TOYS, at Festival Mall in Filinvest have in-stock (at that time, but not too long ago), a Tiger 1, and Panther (Pan-tiger to be more appropriate). It's the older non-smoke and sound version, BB capable of course.... But if all else fails, I think the other guys will be more than happy to point you in the right direction. Hope this helps!

S&S models typically cost around 4.5-5K+ (locally). Online, it would cost you (after shipping & taxes and what not), slightly higher depending on whats included. Some come packaged with metal gearboxes and a few more extra goodies (depending on which store you buy them).

@rodelpgzmksi: I'm not certain of the exact location of their store. But maybe you can contact the ones that do sell RC Tank parts via www.ebay.ph. A seller with the ebay ID of stellamodels comes to mind. According to those who've dealt with them, they provide good service (online nga lang). Can't vouch for their face-to-face transactions though. Try to visit ebay and get in touch with them. Hope this somewhat helps.

@Daddy NS: Tamiya?! Go! The Panther G would be a good choice! Lots of upgrades available, so is support. I have the static Porsche KT and I'm currently in the process of compiling the necessary components to motorize/RC it.

An alternative to buying the FO kit would be to assemble it piece-meal. A vendor at ebay (Jasons RC) sell Tamiya tanks, part-by-part. Kailangan mo lang ma-timing na Panther yung kinatay niya. BUT at the moment, he has the Jagdpanther parts for sale. Just get the lower hull assembly if you choose this course. ALSO, you could try Axels modelbau (http://www.axels-modellbau-shop.de/katalog/index.php?language=en), take note of their additional 3.9% charge when paying with PAYPAL though.

An advantage of the piece meal style of assembling a Tamiya unit would be you have the choice of aftermarket parts/upgrades at the get-go. The only disadvantage is, it's going to take a little longer to complete. But hey, building it is the most fun part of tanking! One other thing, It TECHNICALLY comes out cheaper..... By my computation, the lower working hull of a Jagdpanther (not including electronics and tracks) would more or less come out 7-8K, computed at individual shipping of the parts. If the seller would combine shipping, then you'd be able to save a few.

Give it some thought, canvass and window shop. I'm sure you've heard from other tankers in the other forums that with Tamiya, you won't regret it.

Unfortunately, di siya waterproof.... BUT there have been people who've done DIY upgrades to make them watertight (to an extent). Small puddles that don't reach to lower hull I guess would be alright. You have to remember that the batt compartment of the HL (Heng Long) tanks are just a few centimeters of the ground.

With regards to your question about readily available local upgrades (hope you don't mind me answering your question directed to Daddy NS), I would have to say, there are none.... none yet anyway.... Hopefully when the RC tanking hobby booms or at the very least picks up the pace, local RC shops would stock some upgrades/parts and maybe tanks. But till then, we have to contend with online stores. OR, if you have machining skills with equipment, you can fabricate the upgrades yourself. This in turn might increase the local tankers and maybe even generate some business for you.

Locally wala talaga, pero Singapore, Canada, USA and Europe has all the upgrades and Australia too.

Yung kay 801 hindi S&S versions, try mo kay 168Heli, may map a few pages back pati contact number, also a guy selling his S&S Tiger and Pershing

No need for a powerful engine, just get a 3:1 tranny or DIY an additional gear to increase the ratio, that way you can slow down the tank and use metal tracks :D

yung nakuha ko pershing s&s e wala na manual at wala naman daw sa manual yung pagbaklas ng tank.

Just scroll down and you'll find it under Heng Long.

As for the take down. If memory serves me right, all you have to unscrew are the 6 screws at the bottom hull. Next is to lift the upper hull, front first. Then, disconnect the connectors on the upper hull, then slowly wedge out the rear upper hull. I feel as if I've missed something.... Antay mo muna reply ni Daddy NS for confirmation. Tagal ko na kasi di nababaklas Pershing ko eh... :icon_biggrin:

Good to see another tanker on board!

Regarding the airsoft cannon, medyo maselan siya kaya don't be surprised if you see broken parts. Besides, it is the absolute worst part of the HL brand. Most tankers abroad take it out and switch it with the IR systems (DBC, El-Mod, etc...).

hello sirs,

binuksan ko na kagabi yung pershing ko kse ireready ko na yung body for painting/detailing.

kinalikot ko na rin yung turret na hindi nag tilt up and down, and not shooting bb's.

WHOAH! :icon_confused:
1. durog na yung "hop chamber" at totally messed up na yung gearbox.
2. kaya di na sya tilt up and down yung mechanism hand putol na.

question:

nakakabili pa ba ng gearbox assembly lang for henlong?
meron ba kayo extra djan na pede ibenta sa akin ...

for now detail ko na lang muna yung body, sana makakuha ako gearbox for the turret.:icon_cool:

mga sir, tanung lang ako kung ok lang ba yung tiger na nakita ko sa divi sa 168 binibigay ng 3.2k, ok ba yung price nayun? anu ba ng mga kailangan tignan pra makasigurong matibay yung tank? kasi yung isang well known na shop na tinignan ko me tank sila pero 6.3k daw eh!

What brand? Smoke and sound version na ba or sound lang?

Regarding sa tibay, relatively naman matibay ang Heng Long eh. Just make sure you test it before you buy it. Inspect the tracks and make sure na ala link na parang bibigay. The BB cannon should fire decently.. meaning, di siya lumuluwa lang sa dulo ng barrel. I might have missed a few things but I'm sure the other guys will pitch in. Welcome to the hobby! :icon_smile:

Most likely Heng Long yung brand, wala ng ibang brand in that price bracket..

By the way if Leone if you might be interested, I am selling my Sound & Smoke version M41A3 Walker Bulldog with RX13 board, pero tinanggal ko yung smoker kasi palpak talaga, ilang andar lang ayaw na umusok.

I got it for P4.4thou kay Heli168, but I'll let it go for P3.5thou. I repainted it with Tamiya Olive Drab 2 to match the real color. Moved the speakers under the muffler, 2 speakers yes! pero hindi stereo ha :D and isasama ko pa rin yung original speaker niya na tinanggal ko.. Comes with controller, Commander figure, 2 extra track links, sorry no battery kasi dead na.

This will be a good start for you, yung airsoft unit niya hindi ko pa nabubuksan, ergo virgin kaso mahina, hindi naman kasi na optimize ni daddy ns :P ikaw na bahala mag GS :D

If by "kadena" you mean tracks, then yes, may nabibili niyan. Pero sobrang dalang yan mangayari. Unless everyday mo siya i-andar, tapos gulpihan pa. Iba yung tracks kada tank. Pero madami upgrade options para sa lahat, kasama na sa options yung metal tracks. May kamahalan ng konti, pero 1 beses mo lang naman bibilhin, tapos di naman kailangan agad palaitan. Palitan mo na lang pag nasira. Dami na din support para sa hobby na ito bro....

The brand that can be found in 801 in divisoria are the Heng Long (HL) brand. Relatively decent runners out of the box. DO NOT expect the bb cannon to be that great coz technically, this is one of their weaknesses. Don't be surprised if after a few days, sira na siya. Ganyan talaga yan. Just make sure you test it before you pay. They usually cost less than Php 5,000 (Daddy NS has a more accurate price, so just PM him). As for their return/exchange policy, I think its better to ask the sales people there to be more accurate. Lots of spare/upgrade parts are available abroad, just visit some of their sites posted a few threads back.

@TigerTank: Sir, the tanks at divisoria range from about 3K-5K+. I think DaddyNS posted the prices and contact info in one of his previous replies, just backtrack a bit.

@Archeo: I guess the best place to start is Divisoria. as I stated above, ganun yung price range ng mga HL (Heng Long) tanks that are readily available here. Masaya siya sir! Try it out. When you start to do some mods/upgrades, tuloy-tuloy na yan... hehehehe :icon_smile: hopefully, magawa natin na i-adopt yung IR battling dito.

TigerTank: Unfortunately, the store in Divi does not carry the brand that makes the King Tiger. I had to order mine online. But try asking the sales personel, baka pwede i-order. The brand that carries the King Tiger is Matorro. Hope this helps.

Thanks po sir, I'll have to go back to Divisoria kung ganon. I know na nakakita ako dati ng Tiger I in SS Grey dati kaso I forgot kung saan yung shop sa Divi pero all I remember is bentahan siya ng mga RC na Helos.

Anu pong tank? Tiger I po ba? I'm planning to have a Tiger I in Afrika Corps paint. Seems like wala pa ako masyadong nakikitang Tiger I in Afrika Corps paint kasi ehh.

Sana gumawa narin sila ng Ferdinand/Elefant na RC Tank.

I'm planning to sell my M41A3 Walker Bulldog... medyo nalalakihan kasi ako kung icompare siya sa mga Tiger 1, Panzer III at yung M26 Pershing ko.

Changed the speakers to 2x 1-3/4" water resistant neodynium magnet high freq. response and relocated the speakers under the muffler guard.

Uses the RX13 main board (better than the usual non smoke/non sound TK01 boards in tanks sold at 801 Toy shop in Divi.

This board can run on 8.4v 1500mah or higher, but preferably not more than 3300mah. For 7.2v you use 4200mah for longer run times.

Airsoft gun, but not very strong like the box claims 25meters, baka kailangan ipa gunsmith hehehe..

Bili na kayo ng Tanks para makapag meet tayo then mock war games tayo... hehehe.. sagot ni sir weapon yung props like ruined houses, buildings and merienda sa backyard niya?? :icon_lol: :icon_razz:

Heng Long tanks ranges from P2800 to P4500 depoende sa model... alam ko yung P2800 ay non smoke/ non sound.

TigerTank: To my knowledge, they only carry the Henglong brand. You can get the Tamiya, WSN brands at Lils Futaba. Mark1?! Woah! :icon_surprised: ga-kotse presyo nun! hehehe :icon_lol:

Sa Lil's Park Square 1 may nakita akong Bandai Hummel kaso 1/15th scale, kasing laki ng Heng Long TIGER 1 na Pz.4 based chassis SPG!! hehehehe

pards tulungan niyo akong magisip kung pano gawing pop cap gun ang main gun ng Tmarui M1A2 abrams ko.

i saw some popcap guns na may plastic shells na tumitira ng flares.

un ang gusto ko sa m1a2 abrams ko.

second saan makahanap ng maganda pero cost effective RC electronics, na mas maganda ang control kaysa sa typica TMarui/henlng electronics, as in may 6 speed forward, backward left right digital control?

pipinturahan ko kasi ung M1 ko, para iraqi freedom scheme saka gagawa ako ng mine plow niya..

binili ko second hand na walang electronics eh.

pero bargain, may separate plastic track links siya!!

Try asking the shop in Divisoria, I think they can buy you the Tx/Rx setup... But if budget is not an issue, you can try an aftermarket motor control unit (DBC or Elmod). You can try looking at rccommand.com or rctankwarfare.com. Unfortunately, both would require you to get a transmitter for the setup, be it the stock Henglong transmitter or a Futaba/JR/Spectrum etc.... Hope this helps.
