Right now it contains 5,923 songs, 44 videos (concerts and movies converted from my DVDs), and 106 games and apps. You may opt to keep them or have them deleted upon purchase so you can put in your own play list. No, this iPod was never jailbroken so the warranty still applies. How come? I didn't like Blackra1n because it's tethered, I was waiting for Greenp0ison to come out.

Everything that you can see in the pics are all included. Everything that was included in the original packaging (headphones w/ remote, dock adapter, cleaning cloth, USB cable, manual, etc.) + an original Speck protective film (already installed on the screen), translucent brown rubber protector, white silicone rubber earbuds (for a more secure fit to your ears), and a Clik! USB charger so you can charge the iPod anywhere (even if there's no PC around!).
