Clarification on Systema Distributorship

S i r s,

Again, we have received so many inquiries about this matter, and may create confusion that may gone out of control, hence the necessity to clarify this issues become inevitable which as much as we want is to keep it discrete.

I had been communicating with Ms Kumi Yoshida several times in these recent weeks, she is the CEO and Owner of SYSTEMA-ENGINEERING of Japan. She confirm to me personally the ff. :

(1) They only have two authorized dealers in the Philippines who buys direct from them.
We rather not divulge their name without their permission as they may not want
to be made known, or they may feel offended when their name mentioned. But
definitely, it is not CHECK SIX who is claiming to be their exclusive distributor.

(2) These two are not accepted to be exclusive distributor but merely authorized dealers. Hence to mention their name
may caused embarassment to them.

(3) If an Official Distributor would be appointed later, previous dealers will have to
course their purchase from the newly appointed Official Exclusive Distributor.

(4) Other who are claiming they are Exclusive is not true at all, Kumi will soon issue a
formal statement and certification to attest to this fact.

(5) All sales is final ex-Japan, hence it hard to compute landed cost, it would depend
on the tax rate that our customs will impose, and also the cost of official import
permit to be spent plus representation to secure such official importation license.

As for two companies which we continue dealings, although I do not accept them to be exclusive distributor, they are certainly "authorized dealers.”

The clarifications above are yet to be clarified and confirmed by Systema Engineering .. The FAS Adminstrator is yet to receive direct communications from Systema ..

We are deleting all posts/opinions on this issue and locking the thread until all is clear and verified ..

Dear FAS,

We, SYSTEMA Co., manufacture and sell toy-gun parts in Japan.
I am Kumi Yoshida, CEO.

A few days ago, a dealer told me that there is a company CheckSix which states they have "the exclusive distributor agreement" without our permission. I am writing in order to tell you that there is no such a fact.


We are still selecting dealers all area other than U.S., Italy and Scandinavia.
After two to three years, we will select some after considering actual results.


There is no company which has our exclusive distributor agreement in Philippines. We will send a warning to CheckSix in a few days, and when they do not correct, after identifying the supplier of our products, we will stop dealings with them.
