need inputs on how to proper store lipoly batts.

hi sirs, i have a bhe lipoly 15c, 1650mah and i seldom use it. bought it last november but used mostly on plinking. three times na siyang na charge. my question is on how to properly store these kinds of battery? i've heard a rumor that ipasok ko daw sa fridge(refridgerator) para malamig. my nakapagsabi din sa akin na balutin ko daw ng aluminum foil para yung heat ng room temperature ay mag bounce (yung logic daw eh parang sa tubig sa dagat kahit mainit nagbobounce yung heat sa tubig). just need some inputs regarding this matter.. and thanks in advance
