TIMAWA:

Old Tagalog for "Freemen". These are Maharlikan rebels who have been waging a guerrilla war to end Lakan dominance by establishing a government that would represent all of Maharlika's ethnic groups. Fiercly anti-western, the Timawas are headed by a progressive-thinking Lakan, Bonifacio Miranda, who wants to provide social justice and economic freedom for all Maharlikans.

Unit Strength: 500
Uniform: Strictly Olive Drab or Plain Green

LAKAN


The main ethnic group in Maharlika who control the government, including the military, as well as the economic life of the country. Lakans, who trace their lineage to Rajah Lakandula of pre-Hispanic Philippines, have been in power since independence was granted to them by the United States at the end of the Second World War. Like his predecessors, President Lakandula, the present head of state of Maharlika, believes that his country's progress rests on the close economic and security ties that it has developed with the West.

Uniform: Strictly woodland camouflage (any woodland pattern)

KIN NO YURI

The clandestine Japanese group searching for Hachiman's sword. It is committed to restoring Japan's lost glory. They are a faction of the original Kin No Yuri in World War II and have split from the Japanese Imperial Family. Supported by rich business interests and heirs of some Japanese Imperial Army members, they are a powerful group and can command resources at will.

Unit Strength: 250
Uniform: PMC look (two colours combination, but not civilian)

SEATO

Southeast Asian Military Alliance supported by the United States, and partly by Australia and New Zealand. They support the Lakandula government.

Unit Strength: 250
Uniform: Strictly full tan/brown/multicam

HOW TO BOOK YOUR SLOT

You have to register at the Popular Airsoft Events Website in order to book your slot. Upon registering, login to the events website and select the group you want to book your slot:



Upon making your initial booking, you will be given confirmation email with a link to download the form to fill up more details.

DEADLINE FOR BOOKINGS: 31 AUGUST 2009

If you book early, you'll be able to make your picking of which group you want to particpate in. So reserve your slots early on.

ALL DISCUSSIONS REGARDING KAMI WARS can be discussed in this thread or at the Popular Airsoft Events website.
